Well, I ordered a part on the 19 of July. Called 4 or 5 days later....uh, do you have your invoice #? No, I'm at work and I don't carry things like that with me. "Can you look it up by my name"?? Uh, I'll try..ah ok, don't let me take you away from anything important!! Uh, no sorry I can't find it. Ok, whatever ill get my invoice when I get home. Well, to sum it al up....NO CALL when part came in, I had to call. Second of all if its not on their shelf then it's a "special order" which means YOU OWN IT REGARDLESS IF ITS "SPECIAL ORDER OR.....ELECTRICAL!! I asked "even if I never took it out of the box"??? Nope, special order and electrical are NON-RETURABLE!! No if and or buts.....WTF OVER?? What bunch of crap. These are the only people I know that will scam your money on auto parts. BUYER BEWARE!!! Go to autozone, pep boys, or somewhere else where if you don't want it you CAN GET " YOUR" MONEY BACK!!!!
