I was terrified prior to meeting Mimi. When I arrived she immediately greeted me and was very professional. She went over everything that would prevent me from getting my eyebrows done (medications, etc) and asked the right questions to learn about my needs and wants. Before permanently tattooing my eyebrows on she penciled two different styles on each eyebrow to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the style. Throughout the process she made sure to check on me and apply more pain medication if needed. I usually have a low pain tolerance and in my opinion this was less painful that a Brazilian wax! Very satisfied with the outcome even immediately after when it's super dark. I have been getting compliments left and right and even gave out Mimi's number to about 7 people now. If you're like me and you're a little nervous about this procedure, just know Mimi is an expert in her field and does a superb job with little to no instructions necessary.
