VERY HAPPY with the service dept at Coulter Infiniti. Used to live in TN and had HORRIBLE service from Infiniti of Cool Springs in Franklin, TN (they closed up the shop without giving me my car and left me sitting in the waiting room!). What a different experience with Coulter Infiniti. EVERYONE was very friendly! Our tech guy (Aaron Zemko) was friendly, courteous and caring. I'm glad I no longer have to deal with Infiniti of Cool Springs in Franklin TN. Thank you Coulter Infiniti in Arizona for restoring my confidence in the Infiniti brand.
