If it was possible to give no stars or negative stars on this business I would. I brought my iPhone in to get a cracked screen repaired. Aside from the screen being cracked everything functioned normally. I was told the price would be $150 for the repair and would take about an hour. When I returned to pick up my phone the screen had been replaced and poorly installed. Something did not feel correct with the area around the home button. When I tried to open the phone with the finger print, it did not work anymore. The owner did try to fix the button, but was unable to do so. Given that it worked prior to the "repair" I told the owner of the store I didn't feel comfortable paying $150 when I wasn't getting back a fully functioning phone. He then asked to see my phone again, I assumed to try to fix the button. However, after taking it he hurried to the back and told the technician to put the cracked screen back on. I was furious with the way he was treating me and the fact that he was now going to give me back not only a cracked screen, but now a home button that did not work on top off it. He told me he would not give me my phone back unless I paid the $150. Or I could pay him $120 cash, which I did not have on me. When I told him I would pay $120 but I only had a debit card he then said it would be $150 again because he didn't want to pay the fees! After a very frustrating hour I was finally able to get my phone back after he held it for ransom and I agreed to pay $140! This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you are thinking about taking anything to this place I would seriously reconsider.
