Hottest day of the year and my AC died around 9 pm on Saturday night. Started googling for AC repairs after hours or Sunday and guess what..... nothing but recordings. My son recommended Sterling Services because neighbors had used them and were real pleased. Called Sterling around 10:30 PM and was told I would the the second call on Sunday morning- between 9 am and noon. At 8:30 am got the call from Dave Porter that he'd be here in 20 minutes--- what? 10 minutes early? That was great. He opened my AC and immediately showed me a wire that had shorted out and within 15 minutes the AC was working and by the time he finished paperwork in 10 minutes our house was cool already. I'm a customer for life - dependable, honest is at the top of my list. Thanks Dave and Sterling!
