As with many medical offices, the problem isn't with the doctors, it's with their front office staff.
Dr Rath was awesome - took time to explain to me his recommendations and instructions (I was having problems with my contacts due to allergies), listened to me, asked questions that made sense ... overall, enthusiastic thumbs UP. Oh, and on my 2nd appointment, when he was running late, HE apologized directly to me, twice! Unheard of (sadly). And he seemed to mean it, unlike his front desk staff who did everything but roll their eyes at me!
I was so pleased with Dr Rath that I'll only deduct one star for his staff and their obvious displeasure at having to interact with people.
