This has the worst customer service ever!! I'm never going back! I went in with a Groupon for spa pedicures but then also wanted gel nails. They sent me to a different place saying that the Groupon wasn't for that location. I was so annoyed. The pedicure included a reflexology massage which was awesome. I had to go back to the original location to get my nails because they told they didn't do gel nails...again so annoyed. I went and got my nails done and the lady that was doing my nails was actually watching a movie in her phone while doing my nails...YES watching a movie! SO RUDE. She finished my nails which were ok, but told her I wanted the same color that I had on my toes and she picked a color that was similar but it wasn't the same. I left unhappy. The next day to the place where I got my toes done to get the polish changed to the same color on my nails as I had on my toes. Well to my surprise the lady who did my nails was there. I told her that I wanted a polish change and that I was not happy with color on my nails. She told me $10. I then proceeded to tell her that I wasn't going to pay and that she was going to do the polish for free. She made me feel very uncomfortable and she ended up doing it after I insisted. This place has no customer service! I'm not even sure what her name is, but she has the first station as soon as you walk in to Loann on Baseline. Don't go to this place that lady ruins what could be a semi decent place.
