If i could have given this place a zero i would have.. This place is awful no matter what time of day. Its always so understaffed and while the girl ariel is taking her sweet time the rest of her staff is working their butts off. You can tell the employees are overworked. They have scheduling challenges as their are not enough employees to assist the amount of customers. Everytime i come the customers are lined up out the door behind the sliding glass entrance i would think thats a fire hazard as the entrance and exit is now blocked. On two occasions one being this last sunday they closed early before 6pm and there closing time is 9 pm i promise you if this wasnt the closest location to me i wouldnt come here. Worst fedex kinkos ive ever been to in life and ive visited many throughout the continental U.S. . one good thing i have to say... Aside of that Ariel woman the entire staff has been friendly and willing to help. I hope to see changes to this fedex it does not live up to the company standards. And while youre at it maybe you should install a self service booth so ppl can refill their own fedex kinko cards. Only fedex kinkos ive seen without a self service machine.
