Jason was very courteous and professional and came out right away to provide us with a quote. His quote was more competitive than any of the other companies. He was able to schedule us within a very reasonable time frame. We had a GIANT eucalyptus tree in our front yard very close to the house. The tree has given us trouble for years. First the roots busted into our drain clean-out line and we had to get the pipes cleared. With all of the monsoon storms, we worried that it could fall on the house. After meeting with several other companies, we decided to go with Top Leaf because of their great reviews and the first hand customer service I received. The 3 man crew showed up exactly on time and they were courteous and professional. They made sure to communicate everything with us and even had us move one of our vehicles even further away just to be on the safe side. They got to work and the tree was down sooner than I would have imagined. It's a good thing that we called them when we did because once it was toppled, the foreman of the crew informed me that the center of the tree was rotting and it was only a matter of time before it would fall. I'm so relieved! They cleaned up all of the debris very quickly. They also ground down the stump and now it doesn't look like there was ever a tree there. They also removed a large palo verde tree that was hanging into 3 different yards. They cleaned it all up in both the backyard and front yard and I'm so happy with the results every time I pull up to my house. I would recommend them to anyone.
