Although letting a beloved family member go is extremely difficult, having a caring and compassionate individual with you to walk you through it helps so very much. Dr. Theresa was kind, professional and at all times respectful of what my daughter and I were going through as we said goodbye to my 15 year old puppy, Shadow. Everything about our appointment was just as explained on their website, and although a 30-min timeframe was given, we never once felt rushed or as if we were keeping her from other duties. She gave us every opportunity to spend time with him and say our goodbyes. She was also very gentle with him, both before and after he passed. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend both Gentle Journey and in particular Dr Theresa if you are in the unfortunate situation of needing them.
