I've heard of this drive thru coffee shop a few times, so while I was on this side of town I figured I'd stop by. On this first visit I got the cold brew with soy milk and caramel syrup. The flavor was ok, but the unfortunate part was that it didn't look appealing. The milk was immediately separated from the coffee and no amout of stirring could fix that. On my second visit today, I got a hot caramel latte w/soy and an extra shot. It was absolutely delicious which has restored my faith in this place. The cheese danish was delightful as well. The customer service is excellent
Update - I am updating this review due to the EXCELLENT customer service. Please read the response from the manager. He took the time to figure out why that happen and make this experience right for me. Amazing!
