Gave this place a shot based off the reviews. Had an issue with the tech with how much he was going to charge me. He was late and did not call to let me know he was running behind. Took about an hour of me standing outside my home locked out in the heat. It was unpleasant in AZ HEAT as everyone knows! After speaking with the owner he gave me a discount and made it right. I appreciate the discount and would most likely refer them. But only when speaking to a manager. Tech was not very friendly. :/ hope sometime else has better luck!
