I have no complaints about this hotel. The staff was nothing but nice and the food was pretty good. The rooms were the standard Ritz rooms and the views from the Charlotte location were ''city-like." I like the fact that this Ritz is located in downtown right beside both the arena and epicenter, which has so much to do. I ate Mediterranean Sea Bass/Grenobloise Style and jalapeno mashed potatoes from the BLT-Steak restaurant but sat and dined in the Kinship lounge because there was a live jazz playing. The jazz band playing was great. On the 15th floor, there is a "Punch Room" that is a nice lounge with an intimate experience. Very nice!
