Wow just wow. First time client. Brought in 3 pairs of paints and one jacket. No quote or disclosure of fees...and boy I should have asked. Picked up the next day $32.30 for 4 items after the $2.80 Environmental Fee. I said you have the wrong ticket expecting it to be $18-20. Nope. When I questioned this the girl said did you try the other cleaner? Then some mumbo jumbo about wool in 2 items. Well I went straight to Prime Cleaners and they quoted the same 4 items for $19.10 (right where it should be) with no environmental fee-asked me "what's that?". No issue with material either after reading the labels. Went back here to complain and the girl said yes we are more expensive-duh!! by 70%???? Well thanks for the referral next time I guess. Never again-GET YOUR FEE UPFRONT HERE!! TOTAL RIPOFF Update-Went in to discuss my displeasure with owner. That was a mistake. He had no explanation and then proceeded to tell me he usually gives 1st time customers a 10% discount...which I didn't get in the first place. Offered me a $5 credit but only on my next order. HMMM when you are charging nearly double the competition what does that even mean? I said I should have had it off of this order but refused to credit me anything. Terrible service on top of ripoff pricing.
