Went with a friend to try the place out, heard good things.
Wasn't busy, so I figured an order of two large black coffees, one plain bagel toasted with butter, wouldn't be a problem.
Only get one coffee, and I'm told she'll bring the rest. Wait another fifteen minutes for that second coffee, which I have to go ask for again. By the twenty minute mark I'd like the bagel I ordered, which they make wrong and put cream cheese on. Staff apologises and tells me they'll get me another, which also doesn't show up.
The coffee was admittedly better than what you'd get at a chain restaurant, but the bagel was no different from what I'd expect from a grocery or coffee shop chain. But when there's a fifteen plus minute wait for the three items, and they're only "good enough" for the wait and price. What the hype and rave reviews are for is beyond me, there's other places to go to over this.
