Staff are always nice here but this place is slipping in quality. Pool area was not kept up and had no towels. Snack availability was light and nice but soda machines were not always on and coffee was neglected as well. Seems like during the weekend when my trip started hotel services are missing in action.
I am also a ihg platinum and did not receive my upgrade as I would expect which makes ihg platinum even less rewarding. I was recognized as a platinum and given my small point recognition but no upgrade as I have had success with other brands. Not a very busy time either for the hotel size.
All in all an ok stay but no accolades to offer. Meets the need.
