I loved when AMC took over this theatre! I have enjoyed all the upgrades but the staff has continued to be an issue here. Make sure you let them know that you are an AMC stubs member before you order tickets or food! On a recent visit I forgot to tell the cashier when ordering my tickets and was told it was too late to add my rewards. When I reminded her she neglected to remind me or ask I was told- I got tired of asking cause everyone keeps saying no. No apologies or anything just it's too late. - Why do I pay for the membership when they won't let me use it or get my points when I buy a ticket? I'm not sure that I will be renewing it in the future as they don't let me use it half the time! It's too bad they keep hiring teenagers that don't care about the customers.
