I am really disappointed, just moved here from San Diego, been trying out some barbershops and this one is close to my home but just a horrible experience! People were alright and in all fairness, the barbers were actually pretty decent so it seemed but I've been in twice before to purchase hair products because like I said, it's close to my home. I've seen that they get busy and also read Yelp reviews showing negative ratings due to wait time. So I plan my visit as to avoid ridiculous wait times so I call in to set an appt and specifically tell them I don't want to wait, I don't have the time for it. He says no problem, come in right now we can take you right away, I say again.. Right now? I know you get busy and I'm not trying to wait no hour or more for a haircut! He says no.. Come in right now, I'm putting you down. I go in and it's almost an hour and a half that I've been waiting but other barber shops are closed now. I will never come back here. Bad business ethics. Trying to trick people in so they don't lose business. It's infuriating!! I tried to set a stupid appt.
