Got an EAP referral through work, called, waited four days, called again.... zero response which I find extremely unprofessional. Their message greeting says "24 business hours" which is odd... so is that what most people consider one day (24 hours), or is it supposed to mean three business days (8 hrs per day)? Either way they have not responded in a timely manner, and the recording itself while spoken well, doesn't make sense in that respect. They may have great counselors, but the administrative team is clearly lacking. The location looked good, but I will have to look for someone else....IF my EAP will allow me to.
