This was the worst experience of my life, I placed an online order for their crazy cheap $15 Black Friday Christmas trees. After I placed my order in I called the store and verified if I could pick it up the next day and the sales associate said yes. A handful of hours passed by and I didn't get my email stating that I could pick up my online purchase ( which was already credited out of my bank account ) so I called again and had a hectic sales associate scream at me and said they were crazy busy and what did I need. I asked her if she could verify that I am still set to make my Christmas tree pickup next day if I didn't receive my "pick up" email and she said they were busy but if I purchased it then yes- I could pick it up next day. I then get an email stating they sold out & when I called in to speak to an assist line they responded with " its first come first serve, we have hundreds of orders so I'm backed up". No wonder they are closing down everywhere. They suck, their customer service sucks, and if I had known it would take all day to verify that I couldn't buy it and hold it I would have gone to WALMART
