I hope this helps other people avoid the massive hassle we found ourselves in: My wife and I are huge fans of this Costco store and Costco in general. But BEWARE THE WIRELESS KIOSK. It's run by a separate company (Wireless Advocates) and does NOT provide the same quality or customer service as Costco. The kiosk lured us in with attractive offers and free accessories, but then BOTCHED our cell phone purchases, costing us hundreds of dollars. We spent weeks of phone calls and follow-ups all the way up to Wireless Advocates' district manager level. Even when they finally resolved things, rather than going the extra mile to make things right, their office decided to split the difference (as though it was partly our fault) and only reimbursed a portion of what they cost us. Costco is an excellent store, but for wireless purchases you're better off elsewhere.
