Dr. Sinh Trinh has been our family dentist (6 of us) for sometime. Today my wife went in at 10:30am to have a procedure done. He numbed her and told her he would be back in 10-15 minutes and went to see another patient. He returned an hour later and numbed her once more and told her he would return in 10-15 minutes. It is now 12:19pm and still no dentist.
She asked the front desk staff to speak with the dentist. They go to the back and return to tell her that he stepped out. What in the ****?! He was just there an hour ago to numb her!
This is completely unacceptable. I told her to inform the office staff as such and to request all of our files. To let them know that there unprofessionalism will not be tolerated and we will take our family elsewhere. This dentist office used to be great and over time they've gone downhill.
I would rate this office 0 stars if possible.
