We visited 6 or 7 apartment complexes within old town before deciding on the moderne. From the moment we walked in Sundy was extremely helpful. She was honest and upfront regarding pricing and fees but was able to work with us in our budget by offering leasing specials. We love the amenities here, the pool, gym and leasing center are well maintained and beautiful. Our apartment was perfect upon move in and we are loving everything about the moderne so far. The location is so close to everything in old town and is perfect for anyone wanting a luxurious updated apartment with impeccable amenities.
