Went there today, Aug. 18, 2017.
Purchased a tube of car touch up paint in 2015 when I got my new car.
The other day wanted to cover some scratches when a shopping cart smacked my car.
Well, I tried to open the bottle and access the paint. No good.
Went to the Auto Zone this morning and the young guy took pain staking measures to find the brush in the little tube. He was persistant and accommodating. Tried several times to open and hunt for the bush part. Finally he found it.
Excellent customer service by this person. Wish I knew his name to post here.
People that go to the extra mile is what develops a relationship and repeat customers.
I would recommend this place for anyone need car stuff or help with your vehicle.
