We bought furniture here a couple of years ago. We thought we were getting good quality furniture and our couches and bedroom set have already started to chip and fall apart everywhere. We take good care of it. There were also problems with the delivery. It took about 3 and a half months to get it furniture (way past the time they promised us) AND we got a call TWICE that is was going to be delivered when it wasn't.
Also, we bought the insurance in case our something happened to our furniture but when we called to let them know our sofa was busting at the seems and the wood on the bottom is chipping they said we had to take our sectional to get fixed, leave it there until it's repaired, or we could pay for delivery. What! so we have to pay for someone to pick them up and be without a sectional for I don't know how many days.. Also, they couldn't do anything about the dresser that was falling apart because of so many different standards it didn't meet for repairs. Anyway, we should not have purchased the insurance. It was useless!!
