Incredibly unfair check in process... Checked in zero minutes... After i arrived... One of the online (unchecked) patrons... Went in front of me... Then i was informed to be next... Then another online patron... One minute from me being seated... Was brought in front... I politely confronted the stylist.. saying how was that fair... She checked in 1st... Yes but... I was physically there... You need to re think your online check in policy
