This place is a joke and their system is terrible. I read the other reviews and saw how there can be a long wait because they don't take reservations so I showed up 10 minutes before they opened. Me and another guy stood by the door waiting for them to open, assuming we were first in line. As soon as the door opened, 10 other guys showed up and piled in through the door and jumped in the seats. The barbers don't care about first come, first serve and I'm not going to fight someone over a haircut or wait for 10 other dudes to get their haircut. I don't know about you, but hanging out in a barbershop for an hour and half isn't how is like to spend my time. I'm never coming back until they figure out a better system.
Maybe it's not on the barbers, it's just on the people they attract. People with no common sense.
