I bought a package for my husbands birthday and I told them this when I purchased and reserved the date . The day of the experience at check in the staff was rude and not helpful at all. I could not do the experience due to a recent Medical diagnosis so I stood on the side to take some pictures.... which the staff made pretty sure I didn't have a good view as they made sure to stand in front of me to block any shot I had . I get it they try to make money with the pictures they take ....and we did spend $150 on the pictures afterwards ,again the staff working at this station were rude , Un helpful and pushy which made looking thru the photos very awkward. They were supposed to have my husband hold a sign that said happy birthday while in the water but that never happened either . For the price they charge it's not worth it . They need better management and staff that actually want to work there .
