I purchased 20 Lounge Groupons for my daughter and myself for a gel manicure and pedicure. There were several choices when buying the Groupon, and I chose the more expensive one because it included a gel mani AND pedi. It also included a free beverage. It was difficult to make the initial appointment. They said they were booked for weeks. When my daughter finally used hers, she was not offered a drink, and they told her they would only be doing a gel mani on her, she had to pay $20 (!) additional for the gel pedi. This was NOT what they advertised for the Groupon. They took advantage of a 17 year old kid who wasn't outspoken enough to disagree. She also left a $20 tip, and in the end paid more overall than if we had just stuck to our regular nail salon, who do a MUCH better job. They falsely advertised, and were blatant crooks. Do NOT go here.. terrible business practices.
