I think it's fair to say that 90% of what makes an experience good or bad depends on the stylist. I have been here enough times now to know who I want to see to make sure my experience is good. The salon itself is wonderful - good location (finding parking is not always the easiest depending on the day and time) it's bright, clean, and lively. The staff is friendly, and they have some really good products. The stylists - there are some really good ones, and then there are some I would not recommend. The good ones are the ones who are courteous, gentle, know what they are doing, they're quick, and don't complain about how long your hair is and how long it takes to blow dry etc etc.. I am aware of that and that's why I'm here for you to help me with my hair.. and I'm paying for it :) Becca has to be one of my favorites at this location. I love the ability to book an appointment online. I would recommend doing that in advance, because with last minute bookings your stylist options are limited.
