-part availability (one that even the apple store did not have)
-great value for services performed
-an actual storefront (many don't)

I can't say enough good things about this business. My MacPro had the dreaded question mark in a box screen. Took it in and was greeted by a very polite computer geek...compliment! Left the Mac at the store with an assurance that I would get a call when the problem was repaired. BAM!! 4:30 the same day rolls around with an unexpected call from Computer Doc saying its ready for pickup. Replace the HDD cable to the hard drive for $80 bucks. BAM!! No data loss, no waiting for parts, back to perfect. You are not going to find this kind of service anywhere in Las Vegas. Props...
