Love the food but the people here are too slow. Line takes forever because the people working here are always messing around. I'll go to one further away any day vs going to this location.
EDIT: 8/2015 - I downgraded my vote after the last visit we had. We came at 4:45pm, and two pf the staff were sitting down and eating and there was a line wrapped around the store. The people behind the counter were more interested in filling the phone in orders then taking care of the people who were right there in front of them. Let me tell you something. The most important customer you have is the one who is right in front of you. When we went to pay, the girl who was working the cash register said that the line moves fine except for two hours out of the day and to "deal with it". Guess what, I will deal with it and head down to Reynolds Road where they know how to make a line move very fast and take care of everything else without making their customers who are in front of them suffer.
