I was having trouble with my coil/tank so I gave them a call beforehand to help troubleshoot. The guy on the phone was super knowledgeable and helped me try to figure out what was wrong. I had a long break during work so I hopped on the subway to see pay a visit.
The store is very well organized, clean, and welcoming. I met the guy I talked to on the phone, Kevin, and he took a look at my set up and said I just needed a new coil. My friend had built me a coil to use but I don't know how to make them myself so I just wanted to buy some ready made ones. They didn't have my kind in stock so he offered to build one for me!! Kevin was so so so kind and helpful and gave me tips and pointers on how to care for my tank and newly built coil. I can't thank him enough! I tried their juices while I waited and felt very comfortable there. I highly recommend them if all of their employees are this kind and helpful!
