It is what it is. Fast food and a chain with long lines( not worth the wait). I don't eat beef so can't comment on the burgers. My wife had the chili and its a relative bargain at 3.45 for generous cup with onions and cheese. My cousin had a grilled cheese. Its inexpensive at 4.45, served with fries. It was way too bready for my liking( its served on texas toast) and its also contains processed plasticy cheese. My cousin ordered a nutella shake, it tasted just like nutella.
Not much else to say, if you've had steak and shake anywhere else, its exactly the same.
