I did enjoy meeting everyone at my first yelp elite event! Everyone was so welcoming! But like the other reviews I wont Be back to fl 2. Took me 30 mins to get someones attention from the bar. I tried 3 different spots and the bartender would just walk by all of us and wait on the other paying guests. Wouldn't even make eye contact. There was a female manager helping him and she ignored us at first as well. After my third try she finally acknowledge us, took our drink tickets and told us our drinks will be awhile. When I sat down for the event and the GM and Chef came out to welcome us and presented the food. The food was mediocre at best and served with no serving utensils. I sure don't mind having to pick up the bowl of sauce to dribble it on my plate and pick up items with my fingers. The GM went on to describe how the hostesses outfits were specially made for them locally which I thought was odd and so pretentious. Maybe they should not focus on outfitting the hostess and waitstaff and focus on proper steps of service and professionalism of the staff. I currently work in a fine dining restaurant in town and that would never fly in my place. I am a very patient person and since I do work in the industry I always give restaurants the benefit of the doubt but this went way beyond the minimum levels of proper service. I still enjoyed my night with the company I met and new yelp friends!
