My partner and I both had our vehicles safetied here (moved from out of province) using their kijiji special which was way cheaper than anywhere else. We were pleasantly surprised when the only thing they found wrong with my car was the tires which was legitimate and they passed my partner's car immediately. The only down side is that you make an appointment but they can't really give you an accurate time that the work will actually be done. They also didn't mention the cost of the additional fees but that's pretty common.
