I come here about every four weeks to get my shellac redone- I see Cindy, she's the best and quickest. My nails look pretty and my cuticles aren't cut to shit like they are with other people I've seen here. She's an angel and I'm glad I've found her.
I'm impressed it lasts this long because I work in the service industry and my hands are being washed and in water pretty much all day.
The owners are rude- and it's true no one in this place is taught professionalism and customer service- it's a shame because it could be a real gem if the owners cared about more than money.
I see people complaining and unhappy every time I'm in there- I also see questionable sanitation practices but so far so good for me.
***Also- always tip the operator in person- the man at the front will pretend you never tipped them. **
