I have 2 older children who have had braces twice and two younger children who needed braces as well. I was not pleased with the overall process at the orthodontist I saw with my older two. I am so happy I found Dr. Neilson!!
Dr. Neilson has a very comfortable office. His staff is exceptional. They go out of their way to make sure you have all the information you need to make a good decision. They made my two children and me feel very comfortable with the process and the ofice. They are friendly and knowledgable and I felt comfortable leaving my kids in their care. Dr. Neilson is also very laid back and willing to spend as much time as necessary to answer questions and make a nervous parent comfortable.
I am TERRIBLY afraid of dentists and having other people's finger in my mouth and I sm so comfortable with everyone in this office that I am going to join my kids in getting my teeth fixed! I can't praise them enough!! There are many choices in the Valley for Othodontics and I am SO HAPPY I found this office!!
I highly recommend them and am happy my kids are in their care!
