I did a bone head move an locked myself out of my place. On a Friday night. Figured would pay an arm and a leg and have to wait for a few hours while I waited for a return call. 20 min after my call I was in and had a new lock installed (and the lock cost less than I could have bought it for and was better than the one it replaced. Ben was fast efficient and very professional. Hope to not need a locksmith again but nice to know I have one.
