This place is an actual Hell, from the lack of care about patients to the lack of care for patients.
During ym stay they openly allowed a patient to be spoined with everything she wanted and threaten others including weilding a knife and threatening to look through peoples items.
Higher staff avoided patients, ignored health and safety concerns to the point of telling patients we were 'lucky' to be receiving the care we were and that they were babying us while we rescived care for trauma that for many myself included led to more trauma.
The complete lack of care and health services from a health care facility was appalling, leaving patients with dangerously high blood pressure, seizures, and no medication or no nurses on staff is horrifying and telling said patients to leave and find their own doctor while they are committed to a full time therapy plan is outrages.
Soverign Health ONLY cares about money and not it's patients. Their only saving grace were house managers who cared but didn't have any athority to help
