Eh. Sometimes what I order is what I expect. Sometimes it's not. My default breakfast sandwich is Sausage, Egg, and Cheese on a croissant. Sometimes it's toasted decently. Sometime's it's too toasted. Sometimes it's not toasted at all. It always comes out ridiculously quick, so that's always a concern, but I don't set my expectations too high here. One time, I was in the mood for a Dunkaccino. I'm pretty sure they just turned on the machine. It tasted like water, like no coffee came out. That was pretty disappointing. I usually do drive-thru. The few times I've gone into the store, the employees just were not having it. Pre-coffee, it takes me a little bit in the mornings to figure out what it is that I want. But while I'm thinking, one employee was super inattentive. No "thank you" or "have a nice day" blah blah blah. That said, there was one employee that I liked who was super nice and provided great customer service.
