We went to Mattress Firm on a Tuesday for a new bed. We spent a lot of time with a friendly salesman who educated us on what we should be looking for. With his help we made a decision and purchased a new bed. We were promised our bed on Friday, only 3 days after purchase. Then we get a call saying they need to ship in a new bed from Milwaukee and we would have our bed Saturday.
My husband and I wasted a whole day sitting at home to be here for delivery men. THEN we get a call at 1:45pm stating THEY FORGOT to get our mattress from Milwaukee. They promised us a bed on Monday.
I paid a lot of money for a new mattress. I was promised a bed twice with nothing to show. My husband and I are extremely unsatisfied customers.
I'm upset with the empty promises and I'm upset that I have to spend 2 more nights on a horrible mattress.
I will NOT be referring people to Mattress Firm and I will never shop there again.
