The first lthing you notice when you walk into bikram yoga is the smell. And it's bad, like a mixture of a teenage boys feet and mold. Oh lord it's bad. I was also grossed out by the puddles of sweat all over the floor. The building Is beautiful and serene. However I just can't get over the smell. I did see staff wipe up the sweat puddles with a dry mop. They say hot yoga is so beneficial to you because of the toxins that are released from you sweat. With sweat puddles everywhere,it means the place must be toxic! They really need to disinfect in there. Maybe use some vinegar or other natural disinfectant, but I think they just wipe the puddles of sweat around, never really properly cleaning the place. The tile vinyl floors in the studio have popped up so that's something they need to fix as well. I enjoyed the yoga class because it is a really great workout. The instructors are all very different- I once went to a class where the instructor was shouting out the poses very fast, like a drill Sargent. If the place wasn't so smelly and dirty it woud be 5 star, but
