So I have been here almost two years based on financial reasons and have seen many families come and go. I can honestly say it has been the most dreadful time of my life...These apartments have roaches of all sizes and Asian bugs as well. The office charge you a fee to spray to keep the bugs from eating your children's meals you place on the table for dinner ..I sweep and clean everyday and mop every other day..I am OCD ...I HAVE NEVER LIVED WITH BUGS ...There is an individual that apparently cant count in the office costing me almost an extra 200$ in late fees because I owed more than she said I did after staying "PAID IN FULL".. Usually the office follows up with note on your door or a call if needed but instead they allowed these late fees to accumulate all month ...I paid my rent in full early and come the time to pay the next months rent the office tells me the agent I paid my previous rent with miscalculated and now I'm left to pay the difference plus the late fees that accumulated on behalf of an individual that can put on makeup better than they can count! Keep in mind I am a single mother busting my back to make sure my kids are well taken care of but am fighting off out of control amounts of pest from eating their meals and end up dishing extra $$ because what should be required of anyone working behind an apartment office desk collecting payments should know how to calculate properly..I talked this over with two other individuals in the office and they demand I pay in full even after witnessing there was a mistake on METRO IN MAINS' employee behalf!! Thanksgiving is month and I won't go broke trying to feed the office cash they know I should pay!! Then they have a flyer outside the complex stating "WHERE YOU LIVE MATTERS" how convincing!!!! BUT YET MY DAUGHTER SAY "I DON'T LIKE BUGS MOMMY" at the age of four!! I asked for another mail key and was given someone else's I asked for a copy of my leases and was given someone else's...WHYYYYYY!! Such a warm welcome as I signed the lease!! This experience only showed how better of a life I want me and my kids... GOOOOD LUCK!!!!
