So sad that Jessica, the owner, only knows how to be defensive and can only hear One side of the story when anyone gives any feedback for improvement. She also doesn't argue based on Facts. For example, she states that the other pilates studio don't charge for their trial class because they have "unlimited" capacity. Simply untrue. Most competitors are offering trials because they want to incent people to give their studio a try and offer a customer satisfaction guarantee. Based on previous posts from other people, I see a clear pattern in how you react to anyone posting a less-than-perfect review on Yelp. How about learning from mistakes to do better instead of always having to be in the right? I already received a private message thanking me and telling me that her experience was similar to mine, regarding your instructors Not helping when asked.
