I had to rent a car after mine was in an accident and in the shop. Let's start by saying I got picked up at the collision center in 10 minutes by Mike and I believe the front desk man was named Adam. He found my reservation and got me into a car in less than 15 minutes. Even when they were super busy. And when I dropped off I was just as easy. Mike wrote down my mileage and gas and Adam got me out the door. Mike took me to get my car and they all had the best service. I will be renting my cars from this location from now on. Great customer service.
