I would be happy to give the woman in the lab 5 stars for her friendliness and bedside manner. She was very professional and reassuring.
The front desk receptionists were friendly enough, however there was a more corporate gentleman visiting the office on the day of my appointment and he was insistant that the ladies push Dignity Health's new online healthcare account system. He reminded the women when they would not mention it to a patient upon check in. He even used the phrase "Sell, Sell, Sell" I was appalled and disgusted. This is a place of business for medical help. And many patients are far older than me and may not even use online accounts.
I appreciated the short wait time as always.
