Although they call this a luxury apartment complex it is far from it. Since we have moved in the gate for the "gated community" part that they sell so highly has been broken at least 75% of the time. Within 1 year our car was stolen, our windows in our vehicles have been broken out twice and there has been a shooting in the building right next to ours. Also had a resident (clearly impaired) blaring music and making offensive comment to women and children whenever they walked past his apartment. It took them over a month to evict him even with the cops showing up over 10 times. When office was asked about it they would just rudely comment that they were working on it. Our base rent is $1117 but with the additional fees and the mandatory VALET TRASH SERVICE ( that you can not opt out of) my rent has never been under $1330. We have had mail parcels that say they were delivered to the front desk that have not been able to be found. More than once. I can not wait until our lease is up and will never recommend this place to anyone. They talk a really good game while getting you to sign, but that is all that it is, talk. The club house on the north side is only open until 6 and then you can't get into it, and the one on the south side is open until 9:00, we were told at move in that we would be able to use both club houses, movie theaters, and gyms and have yet to be able to use it. They have been talking about a KEY FOB program that is supposed to be done within a month every time we ask about it. That has been almost a year. Overall this place is just full of false promises.
