Last year we purchased two area rugs from the Baker store at Hayden and Chaparral. A few of the fibers came loose and so I contacted Marcus at customer service who had someone come out to assess them before we temporarily left town. Upon our return, I again contacted Marcus who was extremely pleasant and also capable as he worked with the manufacturer. He arranged for the rugs to be replaced.
The new rugs were delivered. We were also impressed by Jasper, who delivered them in a professional and helpful way.
Based on this experience I would recommend Baker.
