I've come to this T-Mobile location 3 times and all 4 times I've had a poor experience due to misinformed sales associates. The only reason I'm going to give this place a good review is because of their young female rep named Gabby. She was extremely helpful assisting me in adding a line to my plan. The transaction took 2 days due to me not having all of the information necessary to properly port a telephone number. Gabby then left a temporary number on the acct (to be changed later when the correct number was ported in), I didn't realize that was happening and essentially blew that out of proportion. When I went in the next day to rectify the issue Gabby was very calm, cool and collected. I immediately felt like a huge doucher because she remained pleasant throughout the entire exchange. I would definitely frequent the location again because of her but ultimately I've had far too many annoyances happen there to ever want to set foot in the store.
